Q4. Is there any return policy? How to return or cancel orders?

  • Since we ensure that the products are packed and shipped properly, expiry dates are checked properly, therefore once an order is accepted then it can’t be returned.
  • Howsoever in case, a customer doesn’t want to receive the delivery of products, he/she can deny to accept it at the time of delivery.
  • If a customer had rejected to accept the delivery then, in that case, the refund amount will be credited to the payment method within 72hrs (i.e. 3 days).

What if I get expired products?

All the products in our stock are of the latest manufacturing date. The shelf life of each product is mentioned on the product page. To give you more reasons to trust Shop Palace, we have 0 (Zero) complaints as per as products expiry is concerned.
